Our agricultural range starts from 200kg per hour up to 2,5 tons per hour
The Agri pellet mill range was developed with the small operator in mind. As far as performance is concerned (in terms of ton per Kw/hour produced) there is nothing small about these machines. Delivering 54Kg of lucerne pellets per Kw/hour with no steam or pre-conditioning, our Agri range outperforms some of the big names in pelleting.
Our design intent was...
...to build a machine as basic as possible that can be used as a stand-alone pelleting solution. Steam will only be used for hygienic reasons and no pre-conditioning will be used. The machine must be robust as it will be used in very harsh conditions, at times by unskilled operators. The machine must control the feeding process automatically to prevent over- or under-feeding by it's operators.
The resulting Agri pellet mills are so robust that we offer a 12 month guarantee on them. They can run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with only one hour of down-time per week for routine maintenance work. Other than the material you wish to pelletize being fine and moist enough (water), no other preparation is required!
So, if you want a simple pelleting solution with excellent performance and low running costs, take a look at the Agri pellet machine range. You will be impressed...
