This machine is the only machine in the 300 mm range
Due to the chassis configuration of this machine, pellets of 2.2mm to 16mm can be manufactured using different die-ring setups. The reason for the larger pellet sizes is because the Agri250 comes in a wide model which enables it to take a bigger die-ring.
The Agri 250 pellet machine comes standard with a control panel that is seperate to the chassis. The control panel is built to IP66 specifications. Apart from starting the pellet mill, this control panel also controls the feed rate of the machine. This control system uses a signal from the main motor to adjust the feeding auger speed. This same system is used on all our pellet mills up to the Agri 250. It can also be retro-fitted to any make or model of pellet mill. The machine must be incorporated into a full pelleting plant with the minimum equipment being a loading auger, mixer, hopper, cooling and bagging unit. The Agri 250 is intended for the large-scale farmer.

Our full pellet mills are full pelleting solutions, and are available in a wide range |
Pelletising your animal feed can drastically cut your feed wastage by up to 30%! Pellets are cleaner and easier to handle, and are much hygienically safer for your animals. Best of all, you get to determine what you feed your animals, right down to the perfect ratio.
Wide configuration means that should you require, you can produce large pellets of up to 16mm, with a chassis conversion.
Our range of pellet machines produce anything from 200kg of pellets per hour on our entry-level machine, to a maximum of 2.5 tons of pellets per hour on our high-end machine, and can be run 24/7 with just one hour of routine downtime per week for maintainance.
